Half Price Sunday on items that are left  - —-This estate sale - located near the Covington/Independence border - features a wide range of interesting and eclectic items- the home is packed including garage, basement and storage shed.  Furniture, crocks, tools, garden items, antique concrete griffin, rare Napanee kitchen cabinet,  midcentury kitchenware, bowls, depression glass, large thimble collection,  antique churn, paintings, cedar chest, trunks, newer troy-bilt lawnmower, primitive boxes, bird houses. Haywood Wakefield Vanity,  MidCentury Chest of drawers and matching nightstand. LeCordon Bleu Franklin Mint molds.  Coca Cola collectables, costume jewelry,  porcelain top table and a packed basement. 

This sale will have a dual entrance, the basement will be entered through the garage with no entrance to the upstairs - and the upstairs will be entered through the deck with no entrance to the basement.  The steps to the front porch will be blocked off and no entrance or exit from the front porch.  Parking will be in the yard and there will be someone there to direct the parking.  There will be two pay stations and you must pay for items before leaving the basement or the upstairs.

NOTE:   Your mapquest, or google directions may not direct you there, if you head up Madison Pike or also 17 from Covington to Independence it will be off "Old Madison Pike" which is before Pioneer Park - turn on Old Madison Pike and follow it past Raymond' Landscape  on the right and it is the driveway past Raymond's Landscape - we will have directional signs out

You must bring your own boxes for packing and your own help to load as we do not have available staff to assist with loading.

This is a packed home and we will limit the number of customers on each floor,  the home is on a hill and there will be  some walking to reach the deck and shed.

We accept cash and checks with proper ID, all sales are final
