This charming Cape Cod is filled in each and every room, large basement, garage and upstairs with boxes and boxes to go through. -antique furniture, quilts and hundreds of collectable and antique dolls - bears, doll clothes, vintage kitchen items, cupboards, vintage costumes, portable fold up piano, lamps, art work and so much more — Be prepared to to spend time going through the thousands of items that have been packed away in this home for years. Please bring plenty of boxes - the upstairs does not have a railing so we ask that you take your time if heading upstairs.
We will limit the number of people entering this sale as it is packed, we will give out numbers - and ask that you maintain a safe distance - as per the guidelines during Covid
We will have two checkout areas for your convenience and we accept cash and checks with proper ID
You must provide your own help in moving items, due to insurance regulations we are not available to assist.
